Show clients who AI recommends instead
Every month you have to prove the retainer. CiteFlow gives you a number that moves, the work that moves it, and the report that shows both — starting with a handful of clients and scaling across the roster.
Rankings stopped being the story
Your client asks why they're paying you. You send positions and impressions. Meanwhile their buyer asks ChatGPT which vendor to use, gets five names, and none of them is your client. You can't report on what you can't see.
You can't show it
AI answers are zero-click. Analytics never records the buyer who asked Perplexity and picked a competitor, so the loss is invisible in every dashboard you send.
You can't fix it at scale
Schema, llms.txt, robots rules, crawler access — real work, per site, every month. Across a dozen clients it's a full-time job nobody is paying you for.
You can't prove you fixed it
Even when you do the work, "we improved crawlability" is not an outcome a client recognises. You need a before and an after they can read.
A number, the work, and the proof
Citation proof, per client
We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini the questions your client's buyers actually ask, then show whether the answer named them — and which competitors it named instead. Re-checked weekly so you have a trend, not a snapshot.
Fixes that ship, however the client is built
Most of your clients are on WordPress, and they are not handing anyone repo access. They don't have to: install our plugin, paste a token, and the schema, llms.txt and crawler rules generate from their own content. Nothing to merge, no developer. Clients who do have a repo get the Auto-Fix Agent instead — it writes the fixes and opens a pull request their developer reviews.
A report that defends the retainer
Fixes shipped, score movement, and citations gained — dated, specific, and attributable to work you did. The thing you paste into the monthly call.
- 1Connect GitHubOne click. We only get access to the repo you pick.
- 2We scan your siteCrawler access, structured data, AI index, page titles.
- 3The agent writes the fixesReal code for your framework, not a to-do list.
- 4It opens pull requestsOne per area, with an explanation of every change.
- 5You review and mergeNothing touches your site until you approve. Then we re-check.
We'll build the report around your clients
We're onboarding our first agencies now, and white-label reporting is being built with them rather than guessed at. Tell us what your client deliverable has to look like — your brand, your sections, your cadence — and we build to that. Founding price is locked for as long as you stay.
Straight answer: white-label is not shipped yet. It's specified and it's next, and the first agencies decide what it becomes.
Agency
Everything in Pro, across your client book — priced on the size of it.
- Start with a pilot, scale to the whole roster
- Weekly AI-answer tracking on every site
- Auto-Fix on every client — plugin for WordPress, pull requests where there's a repo
- Competitor citation breakdown per client
- Priority support — direct line, not a queue
- White-label reporting, built with you
No card form. An agency running twelve sites and one running two hundred shouldn't pay the same per site, so we price on the call — and start you on a pilot, not the whole book.
Bring one client and see
Scan a client site free, see which AI answers cite them and which name a competitor, then decide whether it belongs in your next report.
